Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology [BHMCT.]

In the BHMCT course students are taught theory as well as practical subjects.

As part of this course, students are offered industrial training in spheres such as food and beverage service, food production, front desk operations and housekeeping. It is almost mandatory for students to undergo industrial training of 20 weeks.

Catering Technology deals with traditional and modern methods used into the hospitality sector. This is to ensure that top services are provided to the customers which is highly appealing. After completing this the students find themselves working for top hotel chains as well as corporate or marriage events.

BHMCT is also a vocational course that educates and trains aspirants to acquire professional skills that grooms them for a bright future in Hospitality & Tourism Sectors.

Eligibility

• BHMCT is four year professional undergraduate course that can be pursued after completion of class XII.
• Eligibility – 10+2 with minimum 50% marks from any recognized examination board.

• Basic Knowledge - Students will learn about the basic principles and concepts of hospitality and management to be well prepared for doing job in the industry. Or to open their own startup.
• Development of Skills - Practical training will be given to the students to make them skilled enough for employability.
• Communication Skills - Through the course, the students will be able to develop their oral and written communication skills, which are important in the hospitality industry.
