Taking decision in haste leads to suffer on all fronts, says Prof Agarwal
Governance of any country which takes decisions in haste and is poor in management, has to suffer on all fronts be it social, economic or political.
Former Vice-Chancellor of APS University, Rewa Prof Peeush Ranjan Agarwal shared these views while speaking as chief guest on the concluding day of the two-day national seminar conducted on ‘Management Practices through Cultural Shift’ organized by Department of Commerce and Management of United University (UU), on Tuesday.
Citing examples of neighboring countries like Sri Lanka and Pakistan, Prof Agarwal stated that these countries are suffering today because they failed to manage and control things in a proper way. This situation erupted because these countries failed to anticipate the outcome of their decisions, he added.
Speaking on management, National Organizing Secretary of Akhil Bhartiya Itihas Sankalan Yojana, New Delhi Dr Balmukund Pandey said that the mismanagement which we are seeing today in India on all fronts was because we have forgotten our Indian values and culture under the influence of foreign culture. Therefore, if we want to solutions to all existing problems, we have to follow the rich Indian values and culture, he added.
On the occasion, awards were also distributed to a few research scholars for best paper presentation by the chief guest.
Vice Chancellor, UU Dr Jagdish Gulati extended his best wishes to all the research scholars and wished them for their bright future.
