On 3rd March 2023, Faculty of Applied Sciences, United University, Prayagraj organized an Interdepartmental Folk Dance Competition “Rang-e-Bahaar” to foster participation of the students in cultural activities and take keen interest in carrying it forward.
The event started with an enlightening speech by the Vice Chancellor Prof. A.M Agarwal. The judges of the event were Dr. Geeta Jaiswal, Head, Department of Biochemistry, UIMS; Ms. Mona Gulati, esteemed member of the Management and Ms. Sana Khan, Admission Cell. The event was witness to enthusiastic participation of the students from all streams where each team tried their level best to bag the prizes.
The first prize was won by students of the Department of Commerce and Management. The runners-up were the students of the Faculty Applied Sciences and Humanities. The vote of thanks was formally proposed by Mrs. Rupa Das from the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Humanities.
