Terms and Conditions

• UPAOI Membership is compulsory for UP ENT doctors.
• Registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, printed material of Conference, access to exhibition area, inaugural ceremony, lunch and tea/coffee as indicated in the programme.
• PG Students must submit a letter from HOD & photocopy of Medical Council Registration Certificate along with the registration form.
• For any kind of participation i.e., Academic Sessions/Workshops/ Poster & Paper presentations, registration of Conference is compulsory.
• Registration receipt will be sent by email on registered email address.
• Spot Registration is strictly by Cash. No cheque/DD/Credit Card will be accepted.
• The accompanying person will not be entitled for Certificate and Kit.
• Post conference, no kit or any workshop material will be disbursed to the delegate/associate delegate/PG student.
• Please mention your registration number in all future correspondence with the Conference Secretariat.
• Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
• Organizers will not be responsible for any date change of the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances and any loss or theft of personal belongings.
• The above amount is refundable in case of cancellation of the Conference. However, it will be adjusted against the Conference fee on completion of the Conference.
• For any change in registration slab subsequently, the same will be updated on the website https://unitedmedicity.com/upaoicon2023 and shall be effective w.e.f. revision date.
• The registration fee is inclusive of the GST at the current rate of 18%. Any change in the tax will be applicable & rate will be revised accordingly.
• To avail the special discount for army officials, kindly contact Conference Secretariat.
• Registration for Banquet is only available with Conference registration. Bank charges as applicable for payment through credit & debit cards.
• Accommodation and transport arrangements are to be made by delegates themselves, assistance shall be provided.
• All legal disputes shall be subject to Prayagraj jurisdiction.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Delegates who want to cancel their registration must notify the secretariat in writing.
  • Cancellation on or before 31stst October 2023, 25% of registration charges will be deducted.
  • Cancellation from 1st November to 30th November 2023, 50% of registration charges will be deducted.
  • No cancellation or refund after 30th November 2023.
  • All refunds will be made by cheque after the conference.
