The BHMCT course is to develop an awareness of the various career opportunities and options within the Hospitality Industry. As a part of this course, the students will understand Guest-Service Quality, Server-Guest relationships and ethics. The Course will offer them the Industrial Training in Spheres such as Food & Beverage Service, Food Production, Front Desk Operations and Housekeeping. Catering Technology helps students to learn and apply the traditional and modern methods used in the Hospitality Sector. Evaluate Analyze and determine the application of service marketing theories in promoting hospitality business.
This Vocational Course helps Training the aspirants to acquire professional skills that grooms them for a bright future in the Hotel Industry.
