Bachelor in Designing - United University The department of Fashion Design was established at United University, with a vision to prepare the students for the Fashion Industry. Bachelor of fashion design is a Four-year undergraduate programme which has been designed keeping in mind all the aspects of Fashion industry. The course of this program is very vast and covers all the fashion related fields in which the students can build their career. Fashion industry is considered as one of the growing industries right now and so the department has tried to focus on each and every field like Garment construction, Fabrication, Fashion merchandising, Graphics & Illustrations, right from the foundation to the advancements of each and every topic.

This glamorous field is growing immensely with a cut-throat competition, so we are covering the theoretical as well as the practical aspect of all the topics in order to make the students excel in every field as a career choice.

Programs offered

Eligibility

  1. B.des. (4 Years): Passed Class XII or equivalent with minimum 50% Marks (Any Stream) (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC & ST category)
  2. Diploma in Fashion Design (2 Years): Passed Class XII or equivalent with minimum 50% Marks (Any Stream) (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to SC & ST category)

Labs and Workshops

United University will ensure 100% hands on experience with its well equipped labs where the students get an experiental learning on various emerging scientific tools and technologies through which they get an opportunites to expand their practical understanding of how a particular phenomenan works.
