United University Faculty of Law conducted a one-day guest lecture on Traditional v. Modern Litigation: A Paradigm Shift on 14th April 2022 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
The guest of Honour Shri RADHA KANT OJHA, Senior Advocate and President of Allahabad High Court Bar Association; the Guest Speaker Advocate Mehul Khare, Allahabad High Court; Dr. Jagdish Gulati, Vice-Chancellor, United University; Mr Satpal Gulati, Vice-Chairman, United University; Prof A.M Agrawal Pro VC United University, other Litigants and students from various law faculties graced the occasion. We gathered to inform students about the Traditional and Modern eras of litigation.
The students were enlightened about all the changes and contrast between traditional and modern aspects of litigation. Shri Radha Kant Ojha well versed the student in the importance of traditions, customs and Vedic text in litigation and Adv. Mehul Khare contrasted the Modern tools and means of litigation in the changing times. Both the guest enlightened and encouraged the students toward litigation. Here are a few glimpses.
